OEM & ODM Policy

MOQs and customization options are confirmed by model and order.
These policies apply to business purchases, wholesale and customized orders with Guangzhou Yaoguifeng Technology Co., Ltd. (YAGUFE). Please review the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice (PI) and policies before ordering. Specific terms expressly accepted by both parties take precedence over general website policies, subject to mandatory applicable law. The governing contract language must be specified in the order.
We welcome inquiries about custom logos, packaging and selected product configurations. ODM development involving industrial design, structures or electronics is subject to a feasibility review, supplier capability and a separately agreed scope and budget. Not every customization is available for every model.
MOQs vary by model, color, configuration and process and must be confirmed in the quotation and order. Catalog listings do not guarantee a uniform MOQ, available inventory or delivery date.
Customers must provide suitable artwork and specifications and have the necessary rights to use all submitted trademarks, designs and content. YAGUFE-owned or properly licensed materials are also protected.
Before mass production, both parties must approve the model, key components or configuration, colors, logo placement and process, packaging, labels, quantity, inspection criteria and schedule in writing. Customized samples require the agreed sample approval. Concept images alone do not establish final acceptance criteria.
Sampling, design, tooling, software and testing charges will be itemized where applicable. Ownership, custody, usage rights and exclusivity for tooling, designs and development deliverables require a separate written agreement. Payment of development fees does not automatically transfer all intellectual property or grant exclusivity.
Changes after approval require written acceptance and may affect cost and timing. If an order is cancelled, unused amounts and documented costs already incurred will be reconciled fairly. Compliance documents and market-specific requirements must be confirmed for the exact model and order.
