Payment Policy

These policies apply to business purchases, wholesale and customized orders with Guangzhou Yaoguifeng Technology Co., Ltd. (YAGUFE). Please review the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice (PI) and policies before ordering. Specific terms expressly accepted by both parties take precedence over general website policies, subject to mandatory applicable law. The governing contract language must be specified in the order.

Orders are based on the formal quotation, PI and mutually accepted contract. Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, quotations are valid for 7 calendar days. Prices, availability and schedules require reconfirmation after expiry.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 100% advance payment for samples and small ready-stock orders, and 30% advance payment with the remaining 70% due after the agreed inspection and before dispatch for standard bulk orders. Customized, development and special procurement orders may have separate written milestones.

Currency, available payment methods and beneficiary details are specified in the PI. Bank wire transfer (T/T) may be agreed. Credit cards, PayPal, letters of credit or open-account terms are not available unless specifically confirmed.

Payment is recognized when funds have cleared and been verified. A payment screenshot alone does not confirm receipt. Production and shipment release conditions follow the order.

Bank, intermediary and platform charges and the required net receipt amount must be agreed in the PI. Use only the beneficiary account confirmed in the formal invoice. Verify changes through an established contact channel before paying.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payer through the original payment channel. Any deduction of charges depends on the reason for the refund, actual costs and responsibility, rather than a blanket deduction in every case.
